Mike Nikols, owner and inventor of Tray-Tag has been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Mike was looking for a better way to see his inventory at a glance. And, a more efficient way to mark his trays. After searching endlessly for a solution he could not find an existing way to do what he wanted. Mike then decided to Invented it. When he saw how well the Tray-Tag worked he knew others would need it as well.
